HemCon Medical Technologies Europe (formerly Alltracel Pharmaceuticals plc) successfully completed the acquisition of Westone Products Limited in January 2005. With over 25 years experience Westone is a U.K. based oral care company specialising in innovative, high quality and competitively priced oral care products for the private label and branded markets.

In August 2007 Synpart AG a German based oral care and sports bandage business which was serving similar markets to Westone in Germany was acquired.  Synpart AG has an excellent reputation and a team of highly qualified employees with many years experience in the industry.

Synpart was the identity chosen following the acquisition of Synpart AG and Westone Products Limited has now been renamed Synpart Limited.  The Synpart group of companies is now responsible for all the company's oral care, first aid and sports bandage consumer businesses.
