Description

This strip builder is used by companies who build medium to large size rollers. It is most often used for building rollers used in the steel, paper and plywood industries. The machine consists of a rubber extruder and an operator-friendly applicator system mounted on a traveling platform. This platform moves along the length of the spinning roller applying rubber on the ends ( Z-axis ) as well as the face ( X-axis ) of the roller. These systems are designed with a stationary spin station.
